Linzy the linzess chatbot

Challenge

Linzess needed a quicker, more user-friendly way for the potentially constipated to navigate their website.

Process

We suggested a chat-bot to guide users through the site in a conversational manner. They loved the idea but it needed a name and a face to truly seal the deal.

After leaving 2-fly 2-ply, Fiona the Fiber Witch, Sargent Strain, and dozens of other inappropriate constipation mascots on the cutting-room floor, we landed on the adorably spunky Linzy.

My art director and I gave her a face and I gave her a voice, writing every line of dialogue she speaks. She’s the closest thing I have to a child and if you think that’s sad then you’re soon to end up on the wrong side of history, my friend.

Execution

With over 200 pre-written responses, Linzy is not only a bubbly excrement expert, she’s also the first chat-bot created for a black-box prescription medicine. That counts for something, right?
